Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to love your scrubs as much as we loved making them. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

🌸 Returns

Due to the nature of our handmade, personal care products, we do not accept returns once a product has been shipped. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll gladly make it right.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • You must initiate the return within 14 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

💸 Refunds

We do not provide refunds for orders that have already shipped. However, if your product(s) have arrived damaged and the Bloom team approves, you will receive a credit or replacement of equal or lesser value to what you originally purchased.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us at info@bloombodyscrubs.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

  • A description of the issue

  • A photo of the item and packaging

We will send a replacement or provide store credit for the item based on your preference.
